The records and registration office sponsored a Halloween costume contest last week. While this entry did not win any of the top three office prizes, it reflected EMU's spirit. First prize, which was $50 in Student Center gift certificates, went to Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion from "The Wizard of Oz."
