The EMU Foundation has long relied on a number of sources of gifts. Friends of EMU again provided the largest percentage of gifts at more than 34 percent in 2005-2006. Corporations provided significant support with nearly 30 percent of the total gifts received by the EMU Foundation. A breakdown, by dollar amount, of gifts to the EMU Foundation in 2005-2006, is as follows:
