STATE OF THE UNION: Heavy construction equipment recently cleared earth at the site where the new student center will be built. Some recent activities have included excavating the building footprint or boundary, starting the water main installation along the east side of the site, excavating the detention pond and filling in the Oakwood entrance drive.
