Introduction

Dr. Liepa teaches research methodology classes at the graduate level and general nutrition courses at the undergraduate level. 

Research

Dr. Liepa's research interests include the study of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins and how they impact on chronic disease. He is also interested in the impact of sleep on weight and health.
