The Graduate at the Podium Plenary will provide graduating graduate students with an opportunity to both practice their oral presentation skills and present their scholarly/creative work before they graduate.
Graduate at the Podium will encourage cross-disciplinary interaction and conversation. Each plenary session will gather graduate students from differing disciplines and/or colleges grouping them together through common themes (e.g. community, environment, etc.).
Requirements and Specifics:
Graduate at the Podium will focus on the art of presenting ones work orally. Students wanting to present poster presentations will be encouraged to present their work for the Fall 2014 Graduate Research Event.
