Audiovisual distribution provides audiovisual equipment
to faculty across campus. This includes all campus buildings with classrooms.
We also provide services to events held at Hoyt Conference Center, McKenny
Union, and the Convocation Center. The services we provide include delivery
and pick-up of equipment and also setting-up of equipment. Our equipment
ranges from TVs, VCR players, DVD players, camcorders and tripods, LCD
projectors and screens, slide projectors, overhead projectors, tape recorders,
PA systems, and boom boxes.
All requests for equipment have to be validated by a faculty member.
Students wanting to use audiovisual equipment will have to obtain a permission
signature from their corresponding faculty. Equipment use for credited
courses on-campus are provided free of charge. Equipment ordered will
be delivered to offices or secured areas at the requested times. Equipment
can also be picked up from Halle Library Client Services, Room 116.
Equipment requests that are not for official university-credited
courses are deemed rentals. Payment for rentals can be through University
requisition, cash, or check made out to EMU. The price list for equipment
rental is listed below.
