The Children's Literature Collection contains books appropriate for
children in K-12 grades. The books include non-fiction books, novels,
nursery rhymes, short stories, poetry, plays and biographies.
Books from the Children's Literature Collection are checked out at and
returned to the Reception\Circulation Desk on the First Level. Searching the Collection
Items in the Children's Literature Collection are listed in WebVoyager
(http://portal.emich.edu/), our online catalog.
To limit your search of our local catalog to only those books in the Children's
Literature Collection, click on the "Limits" button in the lower
right-hand corner of the search screen. Set the Location to Children's
Literature Collection, and then click on the "Set Limits" button.
Hours
The Children's Literature Collection is open the same hours as the Halle
Library building (Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to midnight; Friday, 7:30
a.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday, noon to midnight).
Location
The collection is housed on the Second Level North of the Bruce T. Halle
Library.

Educational Resources Center (ERC)
The Educational Resources Center (Porter 100) collects K-12 textbooks,
instructional aids and units of instruction. Education students can
use their facilities to develop their own materials and lesson plans.
