Save as Text File and Import into RefWorks 

In Web of Science:

1. Conduct a search and select citations to save by clicking the check box to the left of each citation. Before leaving each results page, click the Add to Marked List button
2. After selecting all the records you want to export, click the Marked List link toward the top of the page
3. In Step 1. check all the fields you want to include in the output
4. In Step 2. leave the Field Tagged option for Save to File and click the Save to File button

In RefWorks

1. Login to your RefWorks database
2. Select References/Import from the toolbar
3. Select ISI (Institute for Scientific Information) as the Import Filter/Data Source and Web of Science as the database
4. Browse to find the text file you saved to your computer
5. Click Import
6. Your citation(s) will be imported into the Last Imported Folder. You may now move them into the folder of your choice
