Library Room Setups
What Client Services Provides
When reserving the Carillon Room, you will find its normal setup to be 25
large cushioned chairs around the perimeter of the room and 2 eight-foot tables
to accommodate food or beverage catering from McKenny Union Catering (no outside
food or beverage is permitted). We have up to 8 large round tables and 50 folding
chairs that we will set up according to what you request. When reserving any other room at the Halle Library, you will find each room
has its own permanent setup. If you, the client, would like the room rearranged,
you may do so. We ask that you put the room back to its original state when
you leave.
Should you need more chairs/tables than what is currently in the room, we
can provide the extra furniture. We will place the extra furniture in the room
and you will be able to arrange it any way you wish. You will need to make
that request at the time of your booking so that it is available to you when
you come to sign in for your room. |
