The Welcome Center exists to help students, staff, faculty, and visitors
become aware of the opportunities for learning and research in the library.
To assist library users make the most of their experience in the University
Library, we:
- offer tours and orientations to individuals and groups who would
like to learn about the Halle building, and library resources and services
- edit and produce Library Matters, the EMU Library newsletter
- organize library programs, including resource workshops, guest speakers,
and other events
- coordinate library publications and informational materials
- arrange for exhibits, displays, and artwork throughout Halle building
