How to get your Free Tickets!
Tickets are available in advance to anyone who wishes to attend this event. You can download free tickets by completing the simple registration form provided at the National Health Policy website.
Please select the 2006 Michigan Forum and provide your name, university, and e-mail address. A printable ticket for admission to the event will be sent to your e-mail address.
If you have been invited as a special guest of one of the event sponsors, please click here. You will be asked for the password provided to you by the sponsoring organization that invited you.
