Michigan War Studies Review
The Michigan War Studies Review, an online journal of military history with close connections to the History Section, is now in its fourth year of publication. The journal was founded by EMU Professor of History and Classics James Holoka, who serves as its editor. The journal's editorial board is made up of members of the Michigan War Studies Group, an association of military historians, including EMU History professor Rob Citino and adjunct lecturers Matt Schumann and Hal Friedman. The journal has published articles and reviews by several EMU instructors and graduate students, including Holoka, Citino, Schumann, and Friedman, as well as George Cassar, Jacob Hamric, Walter Moss, Steven Ramold, Antonio Salinas, and Janice Terry.
