Keynote Event

Dr. Bettye Collier-Thomas, Professor of History at Temple University, will deliver a lecture entitled, "The Nexus: Women, Religion, Race and Civil Rights" on Wednesday, March 18th, 7-8:30 pm, in 202 Porter. A Woodrow Wilson Fellow in 2008-09, Collier-Thomas is the author and editor of numerous books on African American women and religion, and is currently working on a book about black women and politics.
