Before leaving home...
New Process for ResNet (Internet) Access: The ResNet registration system has changed. We recommend all new and returning students pre-scan your computer to identify and resolve security issues prior to bringing it to campus. Resolution of issues will simplify the ResNet registration process after you arrive on campus. Click here for a pdf with more information on what to do before you leave home, and computer related items you need to bring with you.
Returning Students, don't miss out!
$1000 grants are still available to students who lived anywhere on campus last year and choose to live in Hill or Hoyt Hall during the 2008-2009 academic year. The grants are disbursed in the amount of $500 per fall and then $500 per winter semester. Students must be in good judicial standing and must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements as defined by Financial Aid policies. More information on SAP is available at:
http://www.emich.edu/finaid/geninfo/sap.htm
Hill Hall is being refurbished with new furniture, including full sized beds. And Hoyt Hall will remain the same price as it was in 2007-2008. Both buildings are set up as singles with a bathroom shared by one suitemate.
Help spread the word and secure your single with your friends as soon
as possible. This grant is only available for the 2008-09 year.
