This packet provides application information for Eastern Michigan University Apartments.

Roommate Request
If you are applying with another individual this form must be submitted with your application. Roommates are selected by the tenant. The Apartments Office does not place individuals with roommates. Your roommate must be either a student, staff, or faculty member. Each individual must submit a separate application and be approved by the Apartments Office.

Feline Permit
This form is required along with a copy of updated shot records for your pet. Please remember up to 2 cats are allowed in Cornell Courts or Westview. A fee of $20 per month is charged in addition to rental payments.
