How do I get an advisor?

1) Declare your major with the University
     • 200 McKenny Hall
     • Online (www.emich.edu/aac/majmin.htm)

2) Declare your major with the School of HPHP
     • Obtain yellow sheet from department - 318 Porter Building
     • or Online Athletic Training Declaration of Major (form)
     • Turn in completed sheet to the program coordinator
     • Advisor assigned

Transfer Policy
Students may transfer into the Athletic Training Education Program in the School of Health Promotion and Human Performance at any time. Completion of the ATEP will require a minimum of three years. All professional courses (ATTR, SPMD) in athletic training must be completed at Eastern Michigan University.
