Bio

Jodi Johnson is in her thirteenth year as a faculty member in the Athletic Training Education Program here at Eastern Michigan University. She currently holds the position of Program Coordinator.

Johnson joined the EMU faculty after spending the previous three years as the head athletic trainer at Bell High School in Bell, Florida.

A native of Trenton, Ohio, Johnson graduated from Edgewood High School in 1989. She went on to complete her undergraduate degree here at Eastern Michigan University in 1993, and followed that with her master’s degree in Athletic Training and teaching certificate from the University of Florida in 1997.

Jodi currently resides in Lambertville, MI with her two children Emma and Mitchell.
