The Human Resources
department at Eastern Michigan University provides an array
of services to the EMU community, working to ensure that the experience
of living and working at EMU supports the University's overall
standards of excellence. In addition to the services provided through
our office, HR provides a connection to every other area, department,
program and entity at EMU. We are also a primary point of contact with
our surrounding community. So, if you don't know where to find
something or whom to call at EMU, try HR. You'll find friendly and
knowledgeable assistance.
The HR office
is located in 140 McKenny Hall, and is responsible for administering and
directing all Human Resources programs and activities. The HR
department comprises the following areas: Compensation Programs,
Benefits, Employment & Recruiting, Employee Relations and Training & Professional Development.
