Revised Additional Compensation Form

The additional compensation form is now used only for supplemental and contractual payments. Here are the top two changes that you need to know:

1. Temporaries and employee consultants are no longer processed on the form

2. Requests for non-exempt staff including students and GAs require a completed hours worked spreadsheet
