Administers employee relations programs for both Bargained/non-Bargained for employees: negotiation and administration of labor agreements; represents the University in grievance hearings, arbitrations, and hearings before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission; unemployment compensation; interpretations; and application of University policies and procedures and develops specialized programs to support Employee Relations activity.
