The office of Employment & Recruiting (E & R)
works collaboratively with hiring authorities to improve the skills and
knowledge of non-instructional staff at Eastern Michigan University. To
accomplish the university's mission of providing an exceptional
learning environment, all staff must continually learn and grow. E
& R presents high-quality, affordable professional development
programs so that staff throughout the university can help themselves
and the university to reach full potential.
