Resources for Office Professionals at EMU
My.emich.edu and e-mail
My.emich.edu is the campus portal, giving you access to announcements,
weather, updates, e-mail and various on-campus services. You can use
it to access and manage your professional records. Plus, it's customizable,
with "channels" that
you can add at the click of the mouse, and feed in news or other information
of interest to you. It's YOUR portal to EMU and beyond.
*TIP*
If you use a separate e-mail client, log in to my.emich at least once a
day to read the campus announcements and check for
news. Then, use your favorite client or
web site to get your e-mail. |

and the recipient; clean out your mailboxes regularly
• "Sent" messages take up space, especially if they
include attachments; clean out your "sent" mailbox
• Old, forgotten messages take up space; again, clean out your sent box
• Automate your trash cleanout so all messages in trash are deleted upon
logout.
