Training & Organizational Development Vision

The Mission of Training and Organizational Development is to facilitate the development of employee skills and competencies by providing training, professional development and organizational development consulting services that improve individual, team and organizational performance and support Eastern Michigan University's Mission and Vision.

Training and Organizational Development Solutions and Services

Our staff offers a wide spectrum of training and performance improvement services and interventions. Interventions are planned measures designed and developed to overcome job-related challenges. They can be instructional or non-instructional. We offer many types of interventions that fall into three categories: Employee, Team and Organizational.

  • If you would like to request or inquire about possible Training & OD interventions in your area, please complete the T&OD request form and forward it to our office at 140 McKenny Hall (Human Resources Department). Due to the large number of requests that we receive, this form helps us to better determine your exact needs and offer you and your team a more focused and appropriate performance improvement solution.

  • If you have a general question or are requesting a service not featured on our website, please contact one of our T&OD staff members.
