Supervisory Training

The Supervisory Training Series consists of nine (9) required courses that are highly recommended for any new or seasoned manager/ supervisor. You will be exposed to an overview of "need to know" topics to help you become a more effective supervisor as well as learn about specific EMU policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that are essential in your supervisory role. Employee Tuition Waiver Program

Staff and Faculty are eligible to use the University Tuition Waiver benefit for any undergraduate/graduate/ doctoral level courses. The benefit waives up to six (6) credit hours for Fall and Winter semesters, and twelve (12) credit hours for Summer semester for a full time (100% appointment) employee; and, up to three (3) credit hours for fall and winter, and six (6) credit hours for Summer for a part time (50% or greater appointment) employee. Tuition Waiver applies to tuition only, based upon successful completion of classes.
