Dr. Rainville teaches food systems management, foods, food and culture, careers in nutrition and dietetics, and research classes on campus and through distance education.
Research
Dr. Rainville's research interests include school nutrition programs, food service management, foods, and public health. She is the Editor of The Journal of Child Nutrition and Management.
