Eastern
Michigan University's Occupational Therapy program has a longstanding
tradition of excellence. Since 1941, the OT program has been educating
students to be competent and caring occupational therapists.
Occupational therapists work with people of all ages whose lives
have been disrupted by physical injury or accident, a psychiatric
illness or developmental disability. Career opportunities are available
in a variety of settings, including community agencies, hospitals,
rehabilitation and long-term care facilities, schools, home health
care, correctional institutions and industry.
We currently offer
the following degrees:
Master
of Occupational Therapy (entry-level)
This is the Program for you if you do not
have an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy.
Master
of Science (advanced Practice)
This is the program for you if you
already have an undergraduate degree in OT.
