The Office of Institutional Research and Information Management
(IRIM) is a source of comprehensive information about the University,
and a service-oriented provider of analytical support for administrative
units.
IRIM operates as a locus of "neutral competency,"
a service-oriented, collegial unit that leads the way in developing
shared, innovative, forward-thinking integrated information systems
supporting a data-driven, fact-based environment for strategic planning,
budgeting, decision making, continuous improvement, and measurement
of performance.
We are the developers and stewards of the University's data warehouse.
It serves as the "Official" data repository for internal analyses, and for response
to inquiries from external groups and organizations. IRIM initiates
and conducts studies and analyses in support of strategic planning
and continuous improvement; academic program review; accreditation/reaccreditations;
student support services; enrollment management; budgeting and financial
control, and other academic and academic-support initiatives.
