EMU Data Warehousing schedule

The Office of Institutional Research and Information Management is your official source of comprehensive information about the University. The following is a general schedule of our data warehousing operation.

Data Type	Frequency	When
Student Opening Term Data	Once per Term	One 10th (1/10) of term duration
Student Official Record	Once per Term	3 weeks after the end of each term
Degree Completion Data	Annually	6 weeks after the end of summer term
Faculty and Staff Employment Data	Annually	November 1st of each year
Financial Aid Application Data	Annually	2 weeks after the end of September
Financial Aid Noel-Levitz	Weekly	Monday Morning

More data sets will be added to the schedule in the future warehousing processes.
