The IT Help Desk has received several calls this morning regarding issues with Banner. The reports indicate that Banner will not fully load and allow users to log in.
Staff from the Help Desk have determined that the newest Java Update to version 8-25u is part of the issue. Until a fix can be configured we recommend that you uninstall this version of java and install version 7-71u (32 bit version only).
Please call the Help Desk for assistance with this installation procedure: 734.487.2120 during the open hours of Monday –Thursday 7:30am-8pm, Friday 7:30am-5pm, and Saturday 7:30am-3:30pm.
