Getting Help

I.T. is moving from Halle Library to Pray-Harrold.

  • I.T. administrative offices will be located in 118 Pray-Harrold.
  • The Help Desk counter will also be located in 118 Pray-Harrold, just inside the corridor from the northeast entrance of the building.
  • Poster printing services wilI remain in G01 Halle at this time.

If you need in-person support during the week of April 29 please call the Help Desk at (734) 487-2120 before coming to Pray-Harrold; we may need to meet you in an alternate location during the transition.

The Division of Information Technology supports the vast computing needs of the campus community. These services are anchored by the Help Desk, which supports students, faculty, and staff in their use of campus network connectivity and a variety of software applications including Gmail  and My.Emich.

I.T. also supports university owned computers and software used by students in I.T. computer labs and issued to employees through the computer refresh program. Requests for support of large-scale projects and data extracts can be made by submitting the appropriate request.
