Changing your My.Emich Password

Follow these directions to change your My.Emich password:

  1. From your browser, navigate to the Account/Password Management login page at https://account.emich.edu.
  2. The Password Management Log in page is displayed.
  3. Enter your my.emich username in the Username field.
  4. Enter your password in the Password field.
  5. Click the Login button.

  6. The Main Menu page is displayed.
  7. Click the Change Password button.

  8. The Change Password page is displayed.
  9. Type a new password in the Password field that meets the guidelines listed on the page. System prompts will indicate when the passwords do not match or when your password does not meet the designated length or guidelines.
  10. Type your new password again in the Confirm Password field.
  11. Click the Change Password button.

  12. A Please Wait message is displayed as your password is changed in all EMU systems.

  13. The Password Change Confirmation page is displayed.
  14. Click the Continue button.

  15. The Update Profile description page is displayed.
  16. Click the Logout button.

  17. The Logout page is displayed. Close your browser window before attempting to login to My.Emich again.
