Forward Calls

You can setup a call to forward with Call Manager (CM) as well as set up a call to forward while at your VoIP phone . The advantage of having the capability to configure forward options with CM is that you won't have to physically return to your phone to remove the forward information and direct calls back to your phone. In addition, you can setup internal or external calls to forward to voice messages or to a number you specify.
