The next ALLY Training will be held on October 14th at 3:30pm in room 330 in the Student Center. This event is LBC approved.

This program seeks to create a campus culture that is accepting of all people, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression. We hold trainings for students, staff and classes. This is an interactive and activity based training that can be tailored to fit the needs of participants. We will provide:

• Information on issues facing the LGBT community


• Discussions of terminology and current issues


• Laws, policies and practices surrounding LGBT individuals


• Local and national resources

Faculty and Staff members who complete Ally Training are given a SAFE Campain sticker.
