It is important to be able to recognize information that PubMed records contain, as this can help you immensely in both locating information and citing it. Like CINAHL, there are two types of records that you'll encounter: the simple, or results page record, and the detailed record.
Like its CINAHL counterpart, PubMed's simple record contains all of the information necessary to locate and cite and article. Take a moment to explore the simple record below. Roll over each field in the record to learn more about the information provided.
