The Navajo, Language and Culture

This presentation focuses on some cultural traits of the Navajo Indians and their language. Navajo people live in harmony with their environment, as expressed in their religion, rituals, and daily life activities. What they believe is shown in the patterns of their rugs and shawls, in their music and sand paintings. The use of the "Navajo fourth person" and third person marker will be discussed in these contexts.
