To advance the educational leadership profession and support the professional growth of professors of educational administration in the state of Michigan

Goals

The goals of the Michigan Association of Professors of Educational Administration are as follows:

• Promote and advance the work and research of faculty members and students involved in the field of educational administration,
• Serve as a vehicle to generate and share ideas about programs, curricula, and teaching methodologies of educational administration,
• Provide opportunities to learn about and contribute to contemporary issues and policy initiatives from a variety of resources, including but not limited to: colleagues, fellow institutions of higher education, local, state and federal agencies, educational professional associations and organizations, business and community entities,
• Serve as the organization that assures that the educational administration professorate has a voice in important decision-making that affects the work of the faculty and students involved in educational administration.
