Project Phases

A four-phase approach is proposed. The products generated as a part of the master planning effort occur during the project's four phases:

Phase 1 : Inventory and Analysis

a. Vicinity Drawing (general land uses and campus access routes and conditions)
b. Campus Drawing (traffic, parking, pedestrian, open space, and building patterns and land uses)
3. Focus Group Aspirations

Phase 2 : Master Planning

4. Alternative Preliminary Master Plan Drawings
5. Preliminary Master Plan Drawing
6. Preliminary System Plans (open space, pedestrian, vehicular, bicycle, parking, building placement, renovation/replacement patterns)
7. Refined Master Plan Drawing
8. Main Campus Capacity Projections
9. Special Graphics (perspectives, cross sections and elevations)
Phase 3 : Campus Enhancements
10. Preliminary Site Design Options (Main Campus, College of Business and Corporate Education Center)
11. Final Enhancement Design Plans
