We invite you to join the All-Steinway School distinguished roster of donors who will make this vision a reality. We appreciate your generosity and want to recognize the difference you will make in the lives of our students, faculty and the community.
Artist’s Circle $100,000 and above
- You are invited to personally visit the Steinway & Sons factory in New York
City. Airfare compliments of Steinway & Sons.
- In honor of your gift, one of our faculty Steinway Artists will present an
exclusive private concert in your name followed by a private reception for you
and fifty guests, hosted by the EMU foundation.
- EMU will recognize you at a special public concert of your choice given in your
name or the name of someone you wish to honor.
- Your name will be engraved on a 14k gold plate affixed to the instrument and
will be associated with this instrument in all concert materials when it is
played.
- Your name will appear in the place of highest honor, the Artist’s Circle, on a
permanent artistic plaque, designed after the shape of a grand piano in the
lobby of the Alexander Recital Hall. Your name will be recognized in the
Artist’s circle in concert programs throughout the All-Steinway School
campaign.
- You are invited to attend each gala concert and private reception celebrating
the arrival of the Steinway pianos.
- Steinway gifts
Maestro’s Circle $50,000 to $99,999
- You are invited to personally visit the Steinway & Sons factory in New York

Virtuoso Society $25,000 to $49,999
- EMU will recognize you at a special public concert of your choice given in your
name or the name of someone you wish to honor.
- Your name will be engraved on a brass plate affixed to the instrument.
- Your name will appear as a member of the Virtuoso Society on a permanent
plaque in the lobby of the Alexander Recital Hall and in concert programs
throughout the All-Steinway School campaign.

Prodigy Society $5,000 to $24,999
- Your name will be engraved on a brass plate affixed to the instrument.
- Your name will appear as a member of the Prodigy Society on a permanent

throughout the All-Steinway School campaign.

Ivory Club $1000 to 4,999
- Your name will appear as a member of the Ivory Club on a permanent plaque
in the lobby of the Alexander Recital Hall and in concert programs throughout
the All-Steinway School campaign.

the arrival of the Steinway pianos.
- Steinway gifts
Piano Partner $50 to $999
- Your name will appear as a Piano Partner on a permanent plaque in the lobby
of the Alexander Recital Hall and in concert programs throughout the All-
Steinway School campaign.
All contributions include funding of a permanent endowment for ongoing maintenance and perpetual replacement of the instruments. Multi-month or multi-year pledges are welcome. Contributions are eligible for the State of Michigan tax credit. The portion of your donation that may be deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the amount paid that exceeds the fair market value of the goods/services received. You may choose to decline the benefits in order to receive your tax deduction in full. Please consult your tax advisor. Gifts will be processed through the EMU Foundation and receipts will be provided. The EMU Foundation is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization, fully eligible for matching funds from participating corporations. Please consider applying to your employer for matching funds for your contribution to the All-Steinway School Initiative.
