We will reply with more information and place you on the new member list for the fall. We are currently finalizing enrollment prior to the start of Band Camp on Saturday, August 25th. Letter to Prospective Members

Greetings from Eastern Michigan University!

Comprised of over 180 of the finest musicians and students on campus, the Eastern Michigan University Marching Band has provided a musical soundtrack to the University for over 115 years. Here at EMU we strive to provide a tradition of excellence and be a driving force in the campus life and spirit of EMU. Remembered for our exciting music and creative show designs the EMU Marching Band continues to captivate audiences of all ages at football games, parades, and performances around the county. The EMU MB is an exciting way to spend your time on campus and we hope you consider becoming a member!

As a member of the band, you will participate in one of the most exciting and diverse organizations at EMU while taking advantage of musical and social opportunities unlike any other collegiate activity. As a member of the EMUMB you will meet lifelong friends, meet students from nearly all academic disciplines on campus, and share in spectacular performances each week not only here on the EMU campus, but in other stadiums across the state as we cheer on the Eagles. If you want to perform great music, with great friends, in a non-competitive environment, with one of the top collegiate bands in the country, then the EMUMB is for you!
