Christine Prince

Music Appreciation

Christine Prince received her Bachelor of Music Education from Eastern Michigan University and her Masters of Music in Bassoon Performance from The University of Michigan. Christine has performed professionally in Southeastern Michigan and Ohio with the Toledo Symphony, Michigan Opera Theater Orchestra, Ann Arbor Symphony, Detroit Symphony and the Detroit Chamber Winds and Strings. Prior to joining EMU’s staff, Mrs. Prince taught elementary and middle school band and general music in Ann Arbor’s Honey Creek Community School. She also maintains a bassoon studio in Ann Arbor. Mrs. Prince has taught Music Appreciation at EMU since 2007.
