Post-baccalaureate Programs


This option is for students with a music degree from an National Association of Schools of Music accredited institution (or an equivalent institution outside of the United States) who wish to complete specialized studies either to become certified music teachers or to meet eligibility requirements to take the music therapy certification exam.

Applicants seeking a second Bachelor's Degree should complete the Undergraduate application process.

 

Application Process


1. Audition Application

All prospective students must submit an online undergraduate application at least seven days prior to the audition date.


2. Recommendation Forms

Applicants will provide names and contact information for two recommenders as part of the online application process.

 

3. Audition Day

Depending upon each individual's background, Post-baccalaureate applicants may be asked to take the following exams:
