Student Interest Form (PDF)
All students must audition in person at the Department of Music and Dance. Students are allowed to audition for admission into the Department of Music and Dance for applied music instruction a maximum of three times. If student are not admitted after the third audition, they may not audition again. Given sufficient, extenuating circumstance, a music faculty member may make a request to the Department Head to allow a student to audition more than three times.
2007-2008 Audition Dates
Students who complete an entrance audition on or before March 7, 2008 will receive priority consideration for scholarships.
