The Jazz Ensemble is comprised of approximately 20 members. Jazz Ensemble is open to all EMU students by audition the first week of classes.
Rehearsals: Tues., Thurs. 4:15-5:45 p.m.
Jazz Combos are smaller ensembles comprised of 3-6 members, based on instrumentation and skill level. Jazz Combos are open to all EMU students by audition the first week of classes. Gigs are performed both on-campus and in off-campus venues, including Jazz Cafe at Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts in Detroit.
