>Whitney announced that Dr. Dave Diles said that his department would write the Gender and Minority Equity Plans.

>The Equity Subcommittee will submit recommendations to the Department of Interscholastic Athletics for consideration as that department develops the Equity Plans

>Subcommittee review the document based upon the comments from Kathy Tinney.

>Attachments Parts B & C are complete

>Carole will complete Attachment Part A and send it to Whitney for inclusion in the report.

>Mary will complete the revisions of her section and submit them electronically to Whitney.  Carole will do the same.

>It was decided that all revisions and other work for our report would be submitted to Whitney not later than September 3, 2002.  This would allow time to prepare a draft to disseminate at the next Steering Committee Meeting.\

 

>The Open Forum will be held on September 23, 2002 at 16:00.

>Greg will secure the place.

>Whitney will take care of the publicity

>The committee will be the week before to assure that all is prepared.
