Present: Jeff Armstrong, Kim Berrington, Liz Broughton, Amelia Chan, Ron Delph, Lynette Findley, John Novak and Jim Pignataro

1. Agenda for Wednesday, March 27, 2002 meeting

- Action: Approved

2. Reviewed of minutes from Wednesday, March 13, 2002 meeting

- Action: Approved

3. Reviewed status of individual reports

- Action: Committee is to review NCAA Cycle One Faculty Questionnaires and submit sample questions, via email, to Ron by Sunday, March 31, 2002.

- Action: Committee is to email Dugger a copy of their individual reports.

- Action: Pignataro will send Broughton, via campus mail, a copy of his job description

- Action: Pignataro will send Chan, via campus mail, a copy of the most recent Student-Athlete Handbook

4. Discussed April 3, 2002 Meeting

- Action: Pignataro will schedule 205 Welch Hall for meeting

- Action: Committee will familiarize themselves with the NCAA Cycle One Student-Athlete Questionnaire in order to prepare for meeting with student-athletes.

5. Discussed April 8th Open Form

- Findley distributed to the Committee filers to post in their areas and confirmed

means of advertising
