Meeting Minutes:

1. Carole Huston reviewed written responses to issues identified n the last NCAA Certification. Additional written responses for the Equity Plan will be forthcoming.

2. Dave Diles suggested pursuing an arrangement with University of Michigan whereby their compliance staff would conduct a rules-compliance review for EMU's compliance operation and, in turn, EMU's compliance staff would conduct a similar review for them. It was agreed that while we currently meet the requirement of an outside comprehensive rules-review, it would be well worth the effort to go the extra step and pursue this additional arrangement with University of Michigan Athletics.

3. Robert Okopny suggested utilizing current EMU grad students to conduct an audit of certain compliance areas.

4. Updates on each subcommittee's self-study progress were reported as follows
