Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Student Association
The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Student Association (formerly AHSA) is formed of all students in the NLA program. NLASA works together towards creating and implementing volunteering activities, promoting and developing the program as well as practicing the NLA competencies.
The NLSA leadership team at EMU is comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Events Planning Coordinator, Philanthropy and Civic Engagement Coordinator and Treasurer. Each office is elected at the end of the academic year.
The goal of the student association is to meet monthly.
We also discuss fundraising for Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Management Institute, plan events, help each other with our portfolios, brainstorm ideas, and most importantly have fun!
To earn NLA certification you must be active in Student Association.
