NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT

An internal focus—designed to develop competencies and practical skills for building management capacity of a nonprofit organization in the areas of (1) financial management, accountability, and legal issues; (2) budgeting and resource management; and (3) human resource management.

Program of Study

Required:

• PLSC 605 Leadership and Management in Nonprofit Organizations (3 credits)
