Nonprofit Undergraduate Programs

 

There are several programs on campus at EMU for undergraduate students who have an interest in nonprofit organizations:

The American Humanics at EMU started in the Fall 2001 and is housed in the Office of Undergraduate Studies. It is a national alliance of colleges, universities, nonprofit agencies and collaborating professional organizations committed to preparing and certifying undergraduate students for careers in the nonprofit field.

AMERICAN HUMANICS AT EMU

Check with the Department for Political Science about plans for a nonprofit major and/or minor that will be accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Administration.

VISION is part of McKenny Union and Campus Life and provides many ways for students to become engaged with community organizations in a co-curriculur experience.
