Eastern Michigan University determines tuition and fees for the nursing program. For clinical laboratory courses, students are assessed additional special fees. Other expenses associated with the pre-licensure nursing program are a criminal background check, tests to meet health and other requirements, health insurance, malpractice insurance, books, fees for testing throughout the program, and equipment such as a stethoscope.
